How to resolve complaints

For any questions or complaints you can use our Support Center. The request for a claim can also be sent by post to the following address Exentrim, Rudnička 2, 11000 Beograd, Serbia.

When applying for complaint the customer is obliged to state the reasons for the complaint and the desired resolution of complaint.

Your request will be registered and you will get an answer as soon as possible.

In the case of a refund, when the payment service provider is the Banca Intesa, the Exentrim is obliged to refund only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will make a refund to the account of the card user on our request.
